Most items in our store are one-of-a-kind resale finds. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Email support@freedomtoexpresssales.com with your order number to start a return. Items must be unworn (trying on is fine) and unwashed. For the full returns instructions, see our Shipping & Returns page.
Refunds
If we made an error or the item is not as described, we cover return shipping with a prepaid label and refund you in full. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return shipping and we refund the item price to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the item back.
Exceptions
Items marked Final Sale and personal accessories are not returnable unless they are not as described. Bulk clothing lots: inspect within 7 days of delivery; if a lot is materially not as described, contact us to arrange a return and refund.
