SHIPPING
We know times are tough. We’re a small Texas business, and we do everything we can to keep costs down: honest low prices, shipping at just $3.95, and free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more. No inflated shipping and no surprises at checkout. Thank you for shopping small.
Orders ship within 2 business days from Southeast Texas. Standard delivery is by USPS (estimated 3-7 business days); expedited delivery is by FedEx (estimated 2-3 business days). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Standard shipping (USPS) is a flat $3.95 on every order — no matter what you buy — and it’s FREE on orders of $35 or more. Expedited shipping is a flat $14.95. Local pickup in Southeast Texas is free — email us after ordering to arrange it.
At checkout, shipping is charged separately from item prices, the same way marketplaces like Vinted handle it — so item prices stay low.
RETURNS
We want you to love your find. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Email support@freedomtoexpresssales.com with your order number and the reason.
- Items must be in the condition you received them — unworn (trying on is fine) and unwashed.
- If we made a mistake, or the item isn’t as described: we cover the return shipping (we’ll email you a return shipping label) and refund the item price plus the shipping you paid.
- If you changed your mind: you cover the return shipping, and we refund the item price to your original payment method.
- Bulk clothing lots: inspect your lot within 7 days of delivery. If the lot is materially different from what was listed, contact us within that window — we’ll make it right, and you can ship it back with our prepaid label.
- Items marked Final Sale, and personal accessories, can’t be returned unless they arrive not as described.
- Exchanges: most of our items are one-of-a-kind, so we can’t exchange them. Return for a refund and place a new order if the item you’d like is still available.
